This Sachs Madass Video was ,at least partially, shot in Hamburg, Germany. The Tunnel you see in this Video is the St. Pauli Elbtunnel built in 1911 and has 4 huge Vehicle & Pedestrian lifts to go 24mtr(80fts) below surface to allow entering the two tubes with 6 mtr (20ft) diameter and a length of 426 mtr( 1398 ft). A technical sensation then and still a tourist attraction today.
